With more than 30 years of industry experience, Jeff has built a distinguished real
estate career marked by top recognition across the residential markets of Los Angeles.
Known both as a high-end producer and a luxury rehab specialist, he has worked
alongside some of the most respected residential real estate teams on the Westside
before earning his own annual top-producer honors. Jeff was inducted into the
prestigious President’s Elite Circle at CBRE, an honor reserved for the top 10% of
agents nationwide.

Building on his strong reputation and proven track record, Jeff expanded into luxury
development advisory and rehab investments for both himself and his high-net-worth
clientele. In addition to developing and selling his own properties throughout Los
Angeles, he served as Team Leader for Spectrum Holdings and Development, where he
oversaw acquisitions, construction planning, budgeting, marketing, and disposition
strategies. He later served as National Director of Acquisitions and Development for
Pacific Capital Partners, leading acquisition, construction, and sales efforts for luxury
residential projects throughout Southern California and helping scale the firm’s
development model nationwide.

A Southern California native and lifelong entrepreneur, Jeff has founded and led
multiple successful ventures. In 2025, he co-founded Pickleball Athletic Club, a 25,000-
square-foot luxury indoor pickleball facility in Thousand Oaks that has quickly become a
premier destination for players and community events.

Earlier in his career, Jeff founded Sunset Tan, widely known as “The Salon to the Stars.”
Within five years, he expanded the brand to seven corporate locations, launched
proprietary product and apparel lines, and began franchising nationally—signing more
than 175 franchise agreements in just six months. The brand’s visibility led to its own hit
reality television series on E! Network, which aired for multiple seasons in over 130
countries. This exposure led to additional consulting opportunities in television and
entertainment, as well as producing credits on six feature films. Jeff also co-founded
Hollywood Entertainment Group, specializing in high-end, celebrity-driven luxury events
throughout Los Angeles.

While Jeff’s entrepreneurial ventures span multiple industries, his true passion has
always remained real estate. His easygoing, charismatic personality naturally draws
